Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close all window storm shutters. Upstair, down stair, and stairway. Closed all double doors, interactions provided in previous email. Failure to do these tasks, additional $75 fee added to your stay.
Clean BBQ pit and take out the trash
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very comfortable home with a lovely beachfront view. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms and very nice bathrooms. It does front a public beach area so don’t expect a private beachfront.

Check in went well. Very easy to get in. The kitchen has PLENTY of silverware. However, if you plan on spending any time at the beach and want to pack a picnic, please bring your own food baggies and Tupperware. The beds were comfy. Air conditioner worked well. Also, bring your own wash cloths, shampoo and conditioner along with body wash.

There’s some water damage in the front windows facing the beach that needs to be addressed (bubbles). The only other feedback I’d say is provide more than 4 wash cloths for 4 guests staying 2 nights. We’d stay again- great location.

Great Second Stay

Second time staying at this property and would do it again! Pictures don't do it justice - bathrooms and bedrooms have been updated. Great location right on the beach and the fireplace was great to have at night after being in the ocean all day

The location & size of this property was perfect for my family. It was listed as having a community pool put it doesn’t open until May. It needs a good cleaning. We bought cleaning supplies to use for our stay. The furniture is old & not comfortable.
