Bonita Vista features a huge mezzanine party deck to relax or entertain with a breeze and plenty of shade, in addition to an upper level wraparound deck. Enjoy both the sunrise and sunset from this home located in a quieter part of the Bolivar Peninsula. You are just steps from the beach to enjoy the sun, shell hunting, or fishing!

The great room offers comfortable furniture, separate dining table, and island seating. You will also love the well-stocked kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you will need (including a regular drip coffee maker). There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience!

Bonita Vista offers three bedrooms plus a roomy loft, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. Bedrooms one and two have one queen bed in each. The third bedroom has two full size beds. The loft utilizes traditional stairs, and features 5 twin beds - it is a great separate space for the kids to sleep and hang out! All bedrooms and the loft have televisions with DirecTV.

There is no internet available, so you will need to bring a “hot spot” if Wifi is a must-have, but it's a great location for spending time together with family and disconnecting from the world.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are welcome with a fee. Cargo lift is not available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
