  • Unit 306 is Deluxe in every way.  In addition to custom cabinets, countertops, floors, walls, and blackout drapes, Unit 306 is large and roomy with an additional 282 square feet compared to regular one bedrooms. Another Deluxe feature for 306 are three beautiful balconies to enjoy.  The large bonus balcony off the living area has a seating area around a table and chairs to accommodate four guests with room to spare.  Guests can see the pool, the beach, and the beautiful grounds from its perfect placement in the complex.  A Juliette balcony is in the dining area, and a regular bedroom balcony with seating is off the bedroom.  Two queen beds, a well-designed kitchen, and a large, comfortable living space create a perfect paradise for guests.

    Embrace the coastal lifestyle at our beachfront condo, where every day feels like a vacation. Start your mornings with a refreshing dip in the heated pool, followed by a soothing soak in the hot tub as you watch the sun rise over the horizon. Then, channel your inner athlete on the tennis and pickleball courts or enjoy a leisurely game of shuffleboard with loved ones.

    The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach from three separate balconies, it's the perfect space to unwind!

    Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed

    Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your vacation is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories. Prompt response to maintenance requests and a friendly approach make us stand out.

    Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed.
