This ground floor condo is located at the Dawn Condos right across the street from the new beautiful sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo offers two bedrooms (one en suite) , a lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a patio overlooking one of the two outdoor pools. It is next to Walmart and the most popular fishing pier with easy access to the roadway to Houston Texas.
In addition to the two pools there is a hot tub, BBQ grills and a fitness suite. This location is peaceful, beautifully maintained and "just a paradise".
Catch the Trolly in front on the condo complex and explore downtown Galveston.
Some of the attractions close by are the Moody Gardens amusement park and aquarium, Elissa museum, Historic Pleasure Pier, a wide variety of things to do and attractions to see down on the Strand.
Take a relaxing day looking for the trees carved into unique figures with an interesting history behind the reason for the trees and have fun for the kids to help spot these tree figures. You can also see the big cruise ships roll in. There are many great restaurants not to mention the freshest fish markets in town.
Galveston always has events on the island. Keep up with Galveston's website for the next upcoming event.

The condo is fully furnished all you need is your clothes and food. I have recently updated the interior including a large smart tv in living room and smart TVs in bedrooms. New pictures coming soon!

Cruise Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. It had great access to pools and a very short walk to the beach. It was very clean and nice place to stay. We didn’t have any issues. The only thing I would correct is the front office is open even on weekends and you must check in at the office first in order to get into the gate to your place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy on thr beach

This was a perfect place with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The property was clean and had all you could possibly want. I highly recomment it. Manager responds promptly if you have questions too.

Family Trip

Traveling with my 80 year old parents. Handicapped parking in front of building good sidewalks leading to condo easy acess using walkers and wheelchairs. Layout thru condo was also accessible for them.

Another great trip

Excellent Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed stay!! The beds were so comfy! The closet space is huge! Close enough to both pools. Very clean. Thankful for the in condo washer/dryer. We had a small problem with the electronics of the door, and the owner responded promptly and fixed it. Our only issue was the gate codes in the email you received are not correct. You need to get the correct ones from the office when you check in. Lots of beach towels were also a plus.

Galveston

On Sunday evening, June 29th we stayed overnight at my family ranch outside of Dripping Springs, TX. Our dog went roaming around 10:00 p.m. and found a porcupine. Within two hours we were at the Emergency Vet Hospital and the Vet performed surgery to remove the quills. On Monday during the day we took our dog to our Vet and they removed more quills. We made a decision to cancel our reservations and care for our dog.

Fantastic property

This was a wonderful property to stay at. Very clean, beautifully decorated with absolutely everything one needs, comfortable beds with nice linens, beautiful grounds and pools, located on sea wall across from the Gulf. Overall great Xmas trip to Galvaston

Place was just as expected. Close to everything needed. Plenty of things to do in the area. We brought our family of 6 and used an air bed in the huge closet of the 2nd room so everyone had a bed. All the amenities needed for a home away from home. Thank you so much for the great trip!!

Great Location & Close to the Pools

The grandchildren loved the location of the condo. Close to the pools and the beach. Had a great time bouncing between both each day. Condiments and spices in the kitchen were very helpful. I didn't have to buy any. The patio on poolside was very relaxing to sit and have your morning coffee.

Beautiful Property

The property was absolutely the cutest place. We loved the condo and pool. When we arrived to the property the AC in the unit was not working. The owner called us within minutes to inform us of the incident and was very accomodating to our stay. We enjoyed the property and all the amenties that came with the place. The beach access was a plus and we will definetly stay at this place again next time we are in the area. I highly recommend this place because even with the mishap with the AC issue, the owner ensured it was fixed promptly and we could still enjoy our stay.

The apartment was nice although seemed a little tired especially the bathrooms which in one bathroom there was alot of rust/staining around the shower door and the other bathroom there was a pipe coming from the ceiling with water being dripped out into the bath and was alot of staining in the bath, did not look clean, so we didnt want to use that shower and was all having to use one shower. The complex was nice, although disappointed as the gym was shut but may be because of damage from hurricane beryl. Overall would probably not stay at that apartment again.

A lovely all inclusive beach condo

It had everything we needed all in 1 spot. Plus 2 pools and the beach was just across the street. Communication woth our host was top notch. We had a small problem on day 2 and it was resolved with hours. We recommend this beach condo to anyone that seeks a beautiful , spacious, safe place to enjoy Galveston.

The condo was absolutely perfect. Clean, well stocked, perfect location on the Seawall. There are two great pools, and you can walk right across the street to play on the beach. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need to cook your own meals, and it is also well stocked with bath towels, beach towels, linens, etc. Easy check in and check out, we had zero issues.

The property was amazing! Directly across the street from the beach, which was super clean! This two bedroom condo is a dream! Comfortable beds, clean living quarters, and nestled in between the two pools at the condo resort! We will definitely be back!!
