I made a slight mistake when booking and didnt catch it until we got there but the staff was super helpful in accommodations. Room was nice but would recommend bringing an extra pillow

Checkin process was very long and my key didn’t work - they forgot our door was malfunctioning and I received a physical key after two trips up and down. No cleaning service, they leave all supplies by the elevator. Clean, close to many attractions, front staff friendly and knowledgeable. Pretty far from subway station if you have to bring a lot of luggage (recommend taking a Grab/taxi).
