"This has to be the lovliest little hotel in Napoli! it's 15 seconds walk from the waterfront promenade. Close to restarurants and cafes and a walking distance from the old city, shopping area etc. Everyone in the hotel was friendy and helpful, Espcieally Linda a reception! Breakfast was great, coffe was delicious. If you are used to "continental breakfast" at American restarurants you'll miss plastic wrraped muffins for freshly baked pastries! "

"Hotel is located next to train station which is convenient if you are traveling by train, however it also makes it a very loud area with lots of cars & people. The room & hotel areas are clean, however the a/c could not be manually set in the room and is controlled by the hotel which cannot be adjusted. I prefer my rooms cooler and was told a fan could not be provided. I tried to keep the window open however the street noise was too loud to sleep through. The staff were a bit cold and indifferent. If not for my train schedule, I would stay closer to the historic center for a better Naples experience."

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is a big plus — just a few minutes’ walk from the centre, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, a great choice and we would definitely stay here again. "The hotel was great! Rooms were clean and on the modern side for Italy. Staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. Breakfast options were solid. The location is slightly out of the way in terms of not being right in the thick of the touristy area near Caffe Grambius but in good walking distance. This area Chiaia was quiet and upscale. The area right above it called Vomero was very posh and lovely to walk around. "
