This spacious 4-bedroom home with a Large Outdoor Hot Tub and Pool Table is nestled in a serene wooded setting in the beautiful Galena Territory. 3 King Beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds will delight your guests. The home's main level is the place to enjoy your friends and family. The living room has a large fireplace, kitchen, and dining room, all open to each other. There are 2 Master En Suites, one on the main level and one on the lower level; these will allow you to stretch out and enjoy some private spaces while being close to the action on the main level with open dining/living rooms and a kitchen. Also on the main level is a front room with 2 twin beds, replacing the sofa sleeper in the lower level for your +2, allowing the home to sleep 10 in beds. There is another bedroom on the second floor with hallway access to a bathroom with a tub and a shower. In addition to the King ensuite on the lower level, there is a Queen bedroom with hallway access to a full bathroom. (This home had a sofa sleeper for years, which continued to get broken, so the owner has installed 2 twin beds in a common space upstairs to sleep your +2). The garage is not available for guests to use.

The home is just a few minutes from the Territory Owners Club (pool, fitness centre, and more), Lake Galena, and is close to several Golf Courses and Spa. Just fifteen minutes to historic city centre Galena and Chestnut Mountain!

As our guest, you’ll have access to the Galena Territory Owners’ Club, featuring indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, waterslides, a kiddie pool, fitness and game rooms, basketball and tennis courts, playground, WiFi, and more. You can also enjoy Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Centre, and miles of hiking trails throughout the Territory. Good to know: The home may not have enough amenity cards for your entire group. Additional passes are available for $5 per day. Amenities may have additional fees, seasonal hours, or occasional closures, and availability is not guaranteed.

Important Booking Information: A 30% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged 14 days before arrival. At that time, the reservation becomes non-refundable and dates cannot be changed. A rental agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed within 48 hours. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. Because our cancellation policy is firm, we strongly recommend travel insurance, available through CSA at booking or up to 15 days before arrival. All payment amounts and due dates will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.

You’ll receive a link to your Guest Guide at booking with everything you need for your stay. Your entry code will appear under the Welcome tab 3 days before arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and can only be considered the night before or morning of arrival. Your Guest Guide will provide details on how to request it.
