"We absolutely love staying at the Bavarian Brew House. My kids enjoyed the basement activities, and it is so much better than staying in a hotel. One day it rained, and it was nice to have a house to go back to and hang out. We played games at night in the dining room and the amenities were great. It's accessible to many walking trails, fitness center, golf courses and only 10 min from town of Galena. It's spacious with lots of natural light, comfortable furniture, beds and a pool table. The pool was not used because we couldn't figure out what or where to go. There are a lot of stairs. It is on three different floors. Missing was a home feeling.
