1. Due to owners' allergies, cats are NOT allowed on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine. Damage caused by a pet or failure to follow GTA pet policies will also incur a fine.

4. This townhome sleeps four and uses keyless entry.
5. You must be 21 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay. We do not allow third party bookings.
6. We are unable to issue refunds for weather, sickness, or similar circumstances that are beyond our control. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance if you desire a refund for these situations.
7. These townhomes have interior and exterior stairs. They are set nicely away from the parking lot, giving plenty of privacy, but YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO NAVIGATE STAIRS.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to your beautiful golf villa! We were there to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We loved the privacy the villa provided, and we were impressed by the cleanliness and the villa's location. We visited Ulysses S. Grant's Home, Grant View Park, Galena Territory and many of the shops and restaurants. We especially loved Vinny Vanucchi's restaurant where we celebrated our anniversary dinner! Thank you for hosting us for such a memorable trip!

Weekend Getaway

The golf villa was the perfect space for my wife and I to enjoy a weekend away. We enjoyed the trails and lake in the territories. Dana was quick to reapond to any questions we had and was very accommodating. Hope to visit the Galena Territories again some day!

This townhouse was beautiful. Clean and cozy! The best thing is that they accept dogs, so we were able to travel with our pet. Highly recommend this gem!

Great space with a great location

The place was immaculate, check in and communication couldn't have been any easier. A very well appointed rental. Overall a very comfortable stay for us. My single complaint is that the toilets seem to be the smallest toilets ever created, so if you're over 5 feet tall you might not enjoy the squat :)

Comfortable and clean

We had a fantastic stay at this comfortable, clean and cute townhome in the Galena territory. Enjoyed a mile hike right out the door and even saw turkeys passing through the back lawn. The host was easy to communicate and always very helpful and kind. We will for sure be back again to stay at this townhome!

Nice little townhouse in the Galena area. Dana and Nathan are great communicators. Check in was extremely easy and the unit was well appointed. All the amenities of the Galena Territory owners club were available as were the Eagle Ridge Golf courses. Galena itself is only about 15-20 minutes away for shopping and lots of restaurants. We were very please with this location and would definitely use it again

Beautiful location

Great time of year. Wanted to see leave color change. The townhouse was perfect for relaxing, quiet and all our needs were met. Not a busy time in community, due to no golf. Was alittle disappointed that the game room in the owner's club was closed. But venturing into Galena and driving the country roads was enjoyable. Even cooked out on the grill. Would stay again.
