This warm and unique three-bedroom, three bathroom home is located in the southeast corner of The Galena Territory near the riding stables. Trails end is a great home for couples to get away as well as for families, girlfriends and guys golf getaways. There are two full levels to enjoy with the main floor having an open floor plan. The upstairs living room has beautiful leather furniture, a large television as well as a gas fireplace. The dining space and the kitchen are open to the living area to allow for visiting while making dinner. The dining table has chairs for 6 people and the kitchen bar has three stools for extra room.
Just off the dining area is the lovely 3-seasons room complete with a heater, comfortable leather chairs and multiple windows to enjoy the view or take a power nap. Walk out the door of the three-seasons room and the upper deck has brand new patio furniture and an outside dinging table along with a gas grill for cooking and enjoying your meals with a view.
The bedroom located on the main floor has a King size bed and a walk-in shower in its attached bathroom. The powder room on the main floor is just off the living room.
Moving downstairs, the lower level family room has a sleeper sofa, television and a coffee table to play games on. There is a laundry closet located just off the family room. The lower level also has 2 bedrooms both offering a queen bed with an attached bathroom. Walk out the patio door in the family room and you are on the lower-level patio featuring the hot tub as well as more patio furniture for another location to relax, enjoy the view or read a book.

Across the lawn a short walk is the beautiful brick paved fire pit, with wood supplied for your bonfire needs just bring the marshmallows.

This home promises to be one you will return to again and again to enjoy catching up with loved ones and exchange your stories for the trail. Guests of this home enjoy all of the homeowners amenities in The Galena Territory including the two pools, fitness center, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, pickle ball and tennis. Lake Galena is about ten minutes away and can be accessed by calling the marina to reserve a pontoon boat or kayak. Whether this is your first time to the Galena Territory or your fiftieth this home and area have plenty to explore. Almost Heaven Rentals Galena management team lives in the area and are personally hands on, should an issue arise.
