"Checking in was easy; the lobby smelled so clean putting a great first impression. The room was very clean as well, all things in all the right places. The bed was firm in the best way helping to reduce feeling other moving throughout the night. The shower pressure was amazing, it's hard to find such a thing in a hotel so much appreciated. It was nice to have Happy Joe's so close after a day of hiking, grabbing a pizza right there made life easy. This was my 2nd stay in seven month and it was another great stay. Thank you! "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! We were in town for skiing and a trip into Galena, both easily accessible. The house was perfectly maintained, clean, and well stocked. Tucked back off of a quiet road, it was a perfect weekend getaway. Howard had great communication up to and during our trip, always responding within minutes. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable house with a great host you have found it!"

"Extremely clean room, lovely staff, and the pub being there was awesome. We were on the first floor and didn’t hear any noise from the pub. They put chocolate bags on the bed for V Day. Always have coffee and tea available and do teatime in the afternoons. Beautiful library in lobby as well. Highly recommend!"
