"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . "Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."

We booked a month in advance, but unfortunately, we never received a confirmation email. There was no communication from the property owner before our arrival, and we lacked details regarding the exact address during the payment process.
Upon arriving, we were unable to reach the property owner. It was only after checking in that we discovered a beach access fee of 350 pesos per person per day, a detail that was not mentioned during booking.
