"We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. "A lovely unique old school hotel. Very nice staff & good old fashioned service. An excellent breakfast & good options on the drinks. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room & a nice little fridge with a couple of bottles of water in. I was also lucky to be able to use the hotel car park which is nearby & was included in the price. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning in the room. With ridiculously high temperatures whilst we were there made for an uncomfortable night. Overall a great place to stay & I would strongly recommend it."
