"The room was amazing, bed was clean and amazingly comfortable, I had a great sleep. The staff in all areas were so friendly and welcoming to the hotel. Food and drinks were very tasty! It was an amazing stay! Can’t wait to go there again."

"I love this hotel and stay there every time I come to Halifax. However, I feel a couple small details could be better for what is rated as a 4 star hotel and has prices aligned with this level of hotel. I think there should be complimentary bottled water offered daily in each room. I find this to be common among many 4 star hotels I stay in. And I find the bathroom amenities starting to become what I call "cheaping out". Offering a tiny sample size lotion and that's it at the bathroom sink seems pretty minimal for this brand. Other than these small things, I think it is a fantastic hotel."

"Overall this was a quite fine stay. It was centrally located to downtown/waterfront attractions and restaurants and featured most of the amenities you would expect for a hotel at this price point. Be aware, the rooms are very loud. You can hear every door slam and every movement/voice out in the hallway. I would also expect a hotel of this price to be a bit more well-appointed (e.g., a hand towel rack in the bathroom, outlets on both night stands, robes. The rooms are also on the smaller side, and the bathroom is a bit tired. Parking is $35 CAD per day. The bar/restaurant is lovely."
