"Everything was perfect. Staff was courteous. Room cleaned and spacious. Downstairs lounge is a good place to relax after a day of wandering Vienna. Only thing is it's a bit far from the closest train station, 11 mins fast walking."

"We stayed in a family room with a queen bed and two bunk beds built into the wall. My 8-year-old loved the bunk beds and the playful art on the walls. The beds were very comfortable. The lobby is really fun, with lots of games to borrow. We enjoyed hanging out there in the evenings. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! "
