First time trying a hotel room with a small kitchen, and it was very nice! Able to stock up on beverages and snacks. Comfy beds. The hotel is very sentral, just a few stops with the u-bahn and you are for example at stefansdom, etc

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was out of the way from the hub bub of the city but close enough to metro to get anywhere in town. The front desk staff were so pleasant and helpful with what to see. The room was large and very clean.

Once we got there realized it was in the perfect place for a family. Walking distance to stores and trains. The separate room with sofa bed was awesome for the three of us.

We were placed in an accessible room without them notifying us. We were already settled that's why we didn't bring it up. One part of the window curtain fell and we informed them but no one came. Laundry is 12 euros. Front desk is round the clock and approachable. Room os quote dated for a Best Western. Location is great as near the train station and there's a grocery and bakery nearby.

Train station is close (U1). The area is quiet and has a few restaurants. The hotel was clean, we stayed 4 nights and the trash was picked up daily. Breakfast was convenient for us.

Nice hotel

The hotel and room are beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The listing said there was an elevator, but it only stops on every other floor so I still had to carry my 50lbs suitcase up and down a flight of stairs.

Staff was pleasant. Beds were comfortable, blackout roll shutters were excellent, wifi was good and air conditioning worked great. It wasn’t fancy, but rooms were set up nicely. I would consider staying again.

Great place in a very convenient area

This is an amazing hotel. It is extremely close to a lot of things around town, especially including a metro stop that will easily take you directly to the center of town. It's within an easy walking distance to the Prater entertainment area which is definitely worth going to. At first, when I arrived, it was night time and I was kind of worried about the area but my fears ended up being unjustified as it just looks like a sketchy area and I never felt unsafe at all, even when I was walking from the hotel to the metro stop to go back to the airport at 3 am.

The nice, straight facade hides the fact that this is a collection of little rooms connected to each other. The lobby is small and makes use if secondary compartments. There is 24-hour service, which is great. Beyond a drinks vending machine, not much is available, and for Vienna visitors, it may suprise some that the market next door, like most other shops, is closed on Sundays and the weekend limits opening hous. This means it's important to get enough drinks and drug store/farmaceutical supplies for those days. Spacious rooms with, in our case, a separate WC and a small bathroom. Good beds, the bedding is simple but effective. Useful to have nearly a full kitchen available, with all the essential tools to use it. Parking outside is nearly impossible (you have to pay every 2 hours), so pay the extra money for the underground car park.

On arrival we already wanted to check-out as the area and facilities were very basic. There isn’t a restaurant in the hotel just a corner where there is a coin coffee machine, sofa and book shelf with kiosk machine for snacks. The room was quiet with a mini kitchenette complete with electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, sink and coffee/tea machine. The toilet was small and located opposite the shower/sink room which had a dangerously located vanity wall cabinet over hanging the bathroom sink, so beware you don’t cut your forehead open when cleaning your teeth (talking from experience). There is yet another small door with closet which has a safe fitted on a wooden shelf so easily removed by thief. There isn’t any cafes close by but plenty of mini-supermarkets, lots of pizza/kebab styles take always, barbers, tattoo & nail salons. The metro stations (two of them) are beyond the church gardens and getting to the main attractions straightforward once you understand which side of the street you need to be. The neighbourhood was not what I was expecting for Vienna with lots of people begging and sleeping rough by the church doors and people rummaging for food in the bins, it is a great pity that the area and people are being neglected. So not recommended and locate yourself closer to the main attractions.

Very good place to stay in Vienna. Very close to a frequent ubahn. it's also very close to a supermarket and other amenities stores. We stayed in a junior suite which is highly recommended for people who like to cook and make their meals as a kitchenette is included. Highly recommended!
