"I booked 3 rooms for 4 travellers and got an very strange email with just one link to online check in for just one room and 2 of the travellers I called the hotel but got no answer other then I had 1 room and had checked in there successfully and I sent a massage to the hotel via Hotels.com massages and no one answered so on the day of traveling I was not sure I had got the booking I paid for and then on arrival the 2 rooms that was not in the online check in was much better than the one I got with the online booking so not happy at all"

"This is a low-budget hotel right next to a large amusement park that runs to 1 a.m., 7 days a week. It is loud with people screaming on rides and lots of flashing lights. There were no amenities in the room (no water boiler, no closet, and only liquid hand soap). The days were in the high 20's C, the room was stifling hot, and the air conditioner did not work. I asked about this at the front desk and was told that the management had decided not to turn on the air conditioning in the building, apparently to save money. The bed was hard as a rock."

"The rooms were neat, spacious and had comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all the pots, pans, plates and cutlery to make a quick meal. There is a grocery store right next to this hotel. We had opted for breakfast on all the days we stayed and it was so yummy with so many options. The staff and the front desk were super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here!"

"Staff were very friendly. Convenient location next to Metro. The room was just ok. It was very warm in the room despite it being cool outside. The A/C did not seem to work. The shower is tiny. Very little storage space for your clothes/belongings so if you like to unpack, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Some minor cleanliness issues - glasses not clean, stains on carpet. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't return for a longer stay."
