What we liked most was that on every floor there is a small room where guests can go to choose additional pillows of varying thickness and weight—a very convenient touch. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel based on our very positive experience."

"The room and facilities were clean, sleek, stylish, and upscale. Service in the hotel and restaurant was a little cold, not as welcoming as other experiences. Onsen doesn't allow tattoos, which was disappointing after staying at many other wonderful hotels that had no issue with tattoos. But the highlight was the breakfast. Honestly this was the best food of our entire visit to Japan. Gourmet, seafood-centric boxes filled with absolute deliciousness. "
