"Quiet neighborhood. Roomy house. Plenty of parking available. Only TV in main living room. Bunk room is very small so won't work for any one with claustrophobia or uncomfortable in small spaces. Somewhat dark in living/bedrooms. Needed more towels in all bathrooms but sent over immediately. Added more hangers in closets as they were sparse. Iron scheduled to be replaced. Lots of stairs and front walk stones get very slick in damp conditions. Good place for families and especially with children."

The property's location is conveniently close to downtown and just blocks away from Shaw University. My dad particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, spending a significant amount of time there.
