Downtown Cary Newly Renovated Townhome

Newly remodeled and tastefully decorated townhome, less than 1 mile to the center of downtown Cary! Easy access to NC State, PNC Arena, Koka Booth Amphitheater, Wake Med Cary, shopping & restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Raleigh, RTP & RDU Airport. High speed fiber wifi and 2 smart TVs with access to streaming services.

Our townhome has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook your own meal or bring in take out. Light breakfast is provided. There is a private, fenced in backyard with patio furnished with bistro tables and market lighting for you to enjoy!
HOUSE RULES
• This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Please be mindful of the neighbors. Quiet hours 10pm-7am
• Parties are not allowed!! A minimum fine of $500 will be charged if rule not observed
• Smoking is not allowed. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if rule not observed
• Pets are not allowed. A minimum $100 cleaning fee will be charged if rule not observed

Great place!

This was a perfect location to visit family and tour some colleges. Plenty of room and very comfortable. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Wonderful place and would stay again!

The place was clean, well stocked with anything you might need and parking was easy. The host’s communication was excellent and wanted to ensure everyone was okay. We had zero problems and would gladly stay here again.

Very cozy and attention to details is appreciated!

Place is nice and clean. Was just right for our family to stay for couple days. Pantry conveniently stocked with oat meal packages and coffee and tea and even creamer pods! Very well thought place!

Work trip

Cozy, cute, and clean two bedroom townhouse in quiet neighborhood. Great location and was able to work remotely for the week. The owner was wonderful to work with. I would stay again.

Great place!

This is a perfect location! Close to everything. Very clean, comfortable beds and everything you need to cook a meal in and close enough to lots of restaurants if you don’t! Very quiet neighborhood also. Gayla was super nice and checked in to see if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here again.

My home away from home!

Absolutely loved this property. The amenities were great and the space was exactly my style so I felt at home. They even have heated floors in the bathroom which was very surprising and delightful! The host was also incredibly responsive and messaged me within minutes of me reaching out. I had a great time and would love to stay again.

Perfect location

We had a 2-day event in Downtown Cary. This was the perfect place to come back to and recharge between performances, and peaceful at night. Kitchen and hangout space was excellent! Both bathrooms also very nice. Beds comfy (except or the pullout couch but they never are) and would stay here again!

Superb townhouse in Cary

I had a wonderful time in this home. It was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was inviting and had any dishes or pans I needed for cooking. The bed was extremely comfortable and the heating system kept me warm during cold Cary evenings. Gayla was eager to assist with any issues and responded quickly when needed. I am looking forward to returning to her home when I visit my son in Cary again.

perfect location

This townhome is perfect!! Bedrooms are large. Bathroom was very clean. Kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. The proximity of this property to downtown Cary and getting to Raleigh or Durham is perfect. The area is very quiet and safe. So nice to be able to park right up to the townhouse. We loved our stay. So much natural light that came into the house as well. This was wonderful. The host answered any questions we had immediately!! That was super nice. Even told us where the nearest grocery store was and it was very nice!!! Thank you!!

The house was clean, organized and comfortable, with everything we needed for our family of four. We came for an event at Wake Med Soccer Park and the property was conveniently located for our purposes. Neighborhood is pretty and quiet. We were able to easily visit with friends in the area, too. We hope to stay here again!

Snowy Swim Meet Long Weekend

We loved this property, plenty of space for us to spread out when needed and nightly card games around the kitchen table. A snow storm came in while we were there - we were cozy and warm all weekend. And for those who need it the home is just a few miles from the Triangle Aquatic Center.Communication with Gayla was top notch!

Very Cute perfectly Places VRBO

The place was really cute, well kept and in a very desirable location. For two couples it’s perfect. Also very well supplied and the Host was awesome with communication. We drove about a thousand miles straight through to get there and was a later check in and all went smooth. Will be first place we look for next time we go back. Definitely 5 stars!

Don't trust photographs

It started out well enough; the host let me in early. On first glance the townhome look pretty nice. Then, after settling in I started noticing details that you could not see in the pictures. The desk was falling apart, the water was so hot that I almost scalded myself, the 1/2 bath needs the water damage by the sink to be addressed, the Primary bedroom had a poorly patched drywall where the door knob hits the wall, and the furniture is pretty worn. The back yard furniture is falling apart and cannot be used.If I had known they only had ROKU I would not have booked my stay there.I am very disappointed in what I got for the price I paid. I read the reviews so, I guess, my standards are different. Not a place I would recommend to my friends.

Terrific location in Cary!

We wanted to explore the restaurants and other amenities in the Cary, NC area in case we want to relocate. Gayla’s home is perfectly located near everything! She is amazingly attentive to any inquiries and was very helpful and gracious about everything! Wonderful hostess, easy to communicate with and her home was very clean and well stocked.
