Downtown Cary Newly Renovated Townhome

  • Newly remodeled and tastefully decorated townhome, less than 1 mile to the center of downtown Cary! Easy access to NC State, PNC Arena, Koka Booth Amphitheater, Wake Med Cary, shopping & restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Raleigh, RTP & RDU Airport. High speed fiber wifi and 2 smart TVs with access to streaming services.

    Our townhome has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook your own meal or bring in take out. Light breakfast is provided. There is a private, fenced in backyard with patio furnished with bistro tables and market lighting for you to enjoy!
    HOUSE RULES
    • This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Please be mindful of the neighbors. Quiet hours 10pm-7am
    • Parties are not allowed!! A minimum fine of $500 will be charged if rule not observed
    • Smoking is not allowed. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if rule not observed
    • Pets are not allowed. A minimum $100 cleaning fee will be charged if rule not observed
