Cozy private efficiency in my home, 8 miles-downtown Raleigh, NCSU, RTP, Cary, RDU airport and nature parks (Lake Johnson, Umstead Park, Lake Jordan) Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven provided. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room/dining area. There is a tenant with 2 small dogs who lives on property in their own private space. ( There entrance is the back of the house)

Great location-close to NCSU

This quaint little home near the campus of NC State University was perfect for our overnight stay for college orientation. The home was clean, there were plenty of amenities, and we will stay again when we are back in the area.

This is such a cute little house, and the furnishings are so comfortable. My kids loved the two big trees out front, and my daughter and I loved the access to good tea and honey.

Great stay

This home had everything we needed, and the owner was responsive when I had a question. It was easy to find from the airport, and was convenient to the activities we had planned in Raleigh. It is on a friendly residential street and we felt safe. Would happily stay again!

Lovely little home, quiet area, very much enjoyed my stay. Host was excellent to work with and very responsive - even though I was having a huge issue getting logged in to my vrbo app. The bed was so comfortable, which is a big thing for me, as I have a bad back. Would stay again!

A Wonderful Stay

This is the cutest little home! Everything was perfect. We stayed for one night to pack up our son from college for the summer. I wished we had more time as we were leaving. Not only is the location amazing! The front porch with rocking chairs, the interior decor, the cute kitchenette, EVERYTHING is perfect. Highly recommend!! Oh, and the owner is also very accommodating!!!!

Hosts very responsive. A cozy, clean and calm environment- clearly very intentionally thought through to be comfortable for guests. Lots of light, both natural and in terms of plentiful lighting, a thing I feel many rentals somewhat neglect. Check in and out was easy, parking was easy, convenient location. Appreciated having coffee and - everything I needed was present and easy to locate.

Great cozy spot and great location

The pictures show you exactly what you are getting - a cozy, lived in, home-like vibe. Plenty of space for 2 people with everything you need to get by. Coffee, creamer, good body wash, adequate TV options, and more. The front porch is a lovely place to rest. We had great communication with the manager and would definitely recommend this spot! It was so close to many things in Raleigh.

Perfect in every way.

Leslie’s place was amazing; great location close NC State. It was clutter free and very clean. I walked with my shoes off squeaky clean beautiful hardwood floors. It’s an old fashion cute little cottage. You don’t have a full kitchen but it’s perfect for toast or coffee and to heat up left overs. Oh and the bed was uber comfortable. Wish I could have stayed a little long to enjoy all of the amenities. I highly recommend this place!

Unexpectedly Wonderful

Leslie was an incredible host! This space is perfect for two! There is not a full kitchen but there is a convenient kitchenette, perfect for whipping up some coffee or tea! This location is on a busier road but the neighbors are all quiet and we felt really safe! We came to watch the Canes play and loved that it was minutes from the arena. Downtown Raleigh was but a 15-20 minute drive and there was soooo much to see in Cary! Leslie provided us great insight on some of the parks to check out during our stay. Excellent stay all the way around!
