"After the super awkward experience of walking into the unlocked door of the owner’s house instead of the office, I was glad I found this place. The cabin I had was very cute and comfortable and it pretty much everything someone would need. I have to be honest, though, I would expect a little more for the price I paid. My first critique is an easy fix- one of the windows had no shade or blinds, which is a huge minus for a night shift working light sleeper like my myself. My other complaints aren’t things the owner can necessarily control without a big investment and lots of work. The bathroom was incredibly tiny. I’m a small person and taking a shower was a bit of a challenge in the broom-closet sized space. The parking was also challenging, as well as the way other people had chosen to park, as it was pretty much a free-for-all situation. After bringing in my luggage, I went to get some takeout, and when I returned, I drove up to my cabin to find that someone had taken my spot. I drove further to find a different spot, but another person had blocked the only available egress, so I had to back all the way down the narrow, bumpy, dirt road to get to a place where I could park. Some organization and designated spots would fix that one if a bigger project was out of the question. That said, the price was still better than some other places in the area and I would stay there again."

"We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodated an early check in which was helpful as we were traveling for a wedding. It was clean and was enough space for 4 people. My only “negative” note would be that while this cottage itself was super nice and clean and updated, it is within a motel campus. There was definitely some rif raff outside in the parking lot from other guests/tenants and there weren’t shades to cover the windows and door window entirely so it felt a little like a fishbowl in the common areas. I would travel back here though because the overall experience felt safe, accommodating and clean!"

"We had a lovely short stay in Old Orchard Beach. We really liked the property which was nicely decorated, very clean, with spacious rooms and a great deck and yard. It is in a quiet road - with very friendly neighbors! - and very well situated for local amenities and just a 5 minute drive to the beach. The owner was very communicative and helpful."
