They both handled our last-minute request to set up the sofabed upon our late-night arrival. Her prompt action and professional disposition were truly commendable. We would also like to mention Juan from the restaurant, who was extremely dedicated in serving breakfast and attending to all our requests with kindness and attention. Even on the days he worked alone, he multitasked effortlessly while still delivering excellent service. Our room attendant, Nahalie (apologies if the name is incorrect), kept our room in impeccable condition every single day. Alejandro at the Front Desk was also always ready to assist with courtesy and good manners. To the entire Hill House team, thank you for making our stay a very pleasant and memorable one!"

"Our recent stay in Casa Dann Carlton Hotel & Spa was a fantastic experience for the whole family. We found the city welcoming, the hotel had very spacious rooms, friendly staff, and amenities designed for both adults and kids. The rooms were modern, clean, and large enough for a family of five. We appreciated features like the heated pool, and breakfast buffet with kid-friendly choices. The hotel staff were attentive, knowledgeable about local kid friendly attractions, and always ready with helpful suggestions.
