"Excellent Hotel. Very friendly staff. Very easy access to downtown. Took us 10 minutes to walk to downtown cable car site. If you need any supermarket items, the mall is right downstairs and there is a nice supermarket there also. There is filtered water on every floor in a machine.The breakfast is also excellent. Great coffee machine, selection of fruits and cheeses and breads, as well as numerous hot entrees. Also, very big plus was we rented a car and used the free parking in the downstairs garage. You need to go to the private parking lot, which is next to the mall pkg lot entrance."

"This is such a unique beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. We used the private transfer service from and to the airport which we organised through the hotel and it really did make for a stress free arrival. We were checked in early, we had an annex room which was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast was lovely with good variety of food. The location is fabulous allowing us to walk to great restaurants and bars and all the sites. We recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept great. The location was perfect for walkability to all the tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was very good - nice selections of different food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again."
