Then head over to Madeira Botanical Garden (1.6 mi) before dining at 'O Castelo Dos Hamburgueres' (0.8 mi).

Maderia is wonderful

Elizabeth was great and helpful. The house is very spacious. The master bedroom shower needs some work and the living room only has a couch so not really good for six people in you wanted to sit in the living room. Due to Covid the kitchen is cleaned out after each visit so it lacks any spices should you want to make a meal. The plus side is there is a washer and dryer in the house. The patio was very nice and when we were home we sat outside for cocktails and snacks. The buses do not run on the weekends and Bolt (Uber) is not that good. One can walk downtown in about twenty minutes but the walk home is a little longer and uphill. You need to be in good shape for the walk Maderia is beautiful with plenty to do.

Nous avons apprécié dans cette maison le grand espace mais la propriétaire ne nous a pas dit qu’elle louait d’autres parties de la maison à d’autres personnes. La vaisselle et les couverts sont insuffisants… 5 petites cuillères pour 7 personnes… Elle loue le garage à une entreprise qui nous réveille à 7h du matin et c’est horrible… La maison est très mal isolée et le bruit de la rue est insupportable. Enfin nous avons adoré Madère qui est une île magnifique 😍.
