"A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking...

"Good location if you want to spend the weekend going to the theme park - Futuroscope, only a 15 minutes walk and the parking for the hotel is free. Nothing else much to do around, there were a few shops around but they were closed the weekend we spent there. Lovely multilingual staff. Eventually reception averred us a portable room heater. Also, we plugged our car in to the electric charger at 11pm for an overnight charge. We were charged 130 euros - the most expensive charge we have ever had. they charge for time (not electricity). Are you expected to get up in the middle of the night to unplug...
