First, if you travel in Osaka couple or family I DON'T recommend here. Honestly room is small. but for travel yourself or only sleep and go out long time it is good for you. I have stayed by myself,i love it.
Staff was kindly and nice. They try to help customers by korean or english. And at front desk staff always there if you need help, they can help you.
I love hotel location. Very close to subway Shin-imamiya staion and Dobutsuen-mae staion. You can travel Osaka easy by subway and there is from Shin-imamiya to Kansai airport express.
close to mega donkihote and shinsekai. You can shopping very easy at mega donkihote and can see Tsutenkaku tower. You can travel from Tsutenkaku tower to Denden town and Naba by walk.
When i visit in Osaka again, i will stay again hotel.links. it was great experience and loved it!!!
