Great hotel for families. We booked a grand family room for our family with two young kids. The hotel was fantastic, large room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Having the separate bedroom was great so kids could sleep early in the room. Location is great only about 10 min walk to Namba station.

The whole experience and stay was amazing, always had a clean room, fresh amenities, and very good and friendly staff, I had room service breakfast a few times and it was delicious too worth it
