"We booked the hotel without knowing it’s a five star hotel. It meets all the standards for a five star hotel - from staff, service, amenities to quality of bakery. We didn’t eat at any of their restaurants because there are many less expensive options near the hotel. Unlike the hotels in Osaka city center at similar price, our room is large and has a beautiful view of Osaka Jo Hall, the Osaka Castle and the big park around it. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. "

The staff understood how stressful the situation was and went above and beyond to try to assist us. They even provided hot cookies to calm our nerves. Special thanks to Minami Tamai and Ayumi for taking care of our needs. We ended up finding our passport but again, the staff was absolutely great. Thanks again Minami and Ayumi!!"

"Location is unbelievably convenient - directly above a well-connected subway station and a 7/11. Opposite a supermarket and very close to an undercover shopping/restaurant street. Room was clean and well appointed, the bedding comfortable and toiletries were nice. The lobby / foyer felt grand. "
