Spacious rooms but old. Good breakfast and dinner buffer. The location is inconvenient to access even with your own car. But the price is reasonable.

1. The property is about 25 minutes drive from the central Fuji town. And it’s deeply in the forest. 2. There was no phone in the room. When I want to make a call, I went to the front desk and asked the staff if I could make a local call. They said no because they do not lend phone to guests and there is absolutely nothing they can do for me (word to word from their translator). 3. There was a huge humming bug in my room and I had to kill it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Fuji premium resort was very nice and clean. It was slightly inconvenient for us since we did not have a rental car so we had to rely on the shuttle schedule since the main area was an hour walk away. Other than that between cleanliness and good service I recommend.

フロントの方はとても丁寧で一生懸命にやってます感満載で感じ良かったです。 日本人の若い子よりかなり好印象でした。 が、反面翌日朝の清掃のおじいちゃんは、おはようでもなく全く我々の存在も気がついてない感じ。 廊下に使用済みのタオル乱雑に置きっぱなし、 まぁ、隅々まで行き届いてる感じはしないかな。でした。 お部屋はアップグレードしていただき、広くて清潔で、多少古さは感じますがとてもリーズナブルでした。 朝ごはんビュッフェはルートインの勝ち これも残念

The highlight of my trip to Japan!
I really liked this little tucked away charm of Mt.Fuji. The place seemed a bit barren, like it had used to be really popular. The grounds were really nice and there is a really nice field for viewing Fujisan. I hope that business heightens for this hotel as I think it was the best part of my stay in Japan. They run shuttle buses, have tennis courts, a pool, plenty of snow in the winter, frozen ponds and all around amazing service. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely be back and be telling all my friends and family.

Dont forget to call the shuttle service that hotel provides. There is very limited transportation in the area. Place is very relaxing and a lot of amenities available. The staff is very friendly and would even go above and beyond the service they provide. The front desk person drove us to the market just to buy the fuji apple that we wanted before getting dropped off the train station. The breakfast was good.

Good quiet location for relaxed stay. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Spacious room. Closer and easy access by car to popular spots nearby. Tennis court indoor was nicely maintained. Property is a bit outdated, needs update especially room interior furniture, bed and air conditioner.

the room needs a real update😓 the room was hot when we came in and only have old 1 ac for 2 bedroom style 1 small tv. the resort staffs were all friendly and nice, the resort is huge with many recreational activities to do, the breakfast buffet was good but dinner menu is very disappointing😓lools like a food variety dish of pre heat foods from gyoumu supermarket😅 hoping just for now.

A decent lodging
Location wise it was rather inconvenient prior to checking in as the catered shuttle bus had to be booked at the hotel beforehand so if you arrive a little late at the Kawaguchiko area it might be very difficult to get to the hotel to check in. The hotel is rather old however it is very spacious and it covers a vast area. Good for families and groups. There is a buffet area for breakfast and dinner which you should definitely add on when booking as it is very worth the price.

The property is an old style Resort. It has tons of amenities but they need updating. The newer ones like the Forest Spa are great, but tennis courts, not so much.

The staff appeared insensitive and cold. The hotel staff did not explain the property (as there are numerous buildings on the property), didn’t provide a map, didn’t explain the costs associated with the use of any of the sports areas, didn’t provide the wifi password. The shower area was molded. The onsen hot springs offered was on a different property altogether and came at an additional cost, just like the use of any sports areas (table tennis was around ¥1,500 an hour, table tennis, really?)

森林中的度假村
這間酒店在森林之中， 佔地面積十分大， 房間面積也相當大，兩人入住，有兩房兩廳兩個廁所，還有廚房。 因為酒店在山林中間，入酒店的道路都是山路， 比較窄小，建議於日落前到達酒店， 附近環境清幽，什麼商店都沒有，建議在酒店吃晚餐。 早餐和晚餐都是自助餐， 食物質素不錯，是推介的！ 酒店內沒有什麼活動，只有桌球，乒乓球，電子遊戲機和漫畫書。 溫泉服務是要另外收費的，成人每位一千日元。 酒店提供免費泊車。 從酒店開車到河口湖車站大約二十分鐘。 整體十分滿意。

Drove to hotel with no gps and struggled so had to switch on roaming but all good. Free parking. Did not use any of the activities as was here to unwind after driving around Japan. Room was an apartment of 4 beds 2 bathrooms and a balcony for just 2 of us. Breakfast was buffet and busy but got a table easy. Good wifi. Drove to Moose Hills Burgers each night as found they were delicious. About 10 mins drive away. Did not fancy the hotel Buffet. Good hotel to relax and would stay again. Close to ropeway also btw

I've worked out this hotel is called "Premium" because all amenities require additional payment to use (pool, onsen etc). The hotel has a general tired and run down look and although our room was spacious, it was drab and looked dirty in places.

This hotel was extremely outdated and dirty. It had no air conditioner and was very damp and musty. There is also no waterpark as advertised, only a pool, which was closed at the times that it said was supposed to be open. The staff were friendly and the shuttle service was on time.
