Our cosy log cabin "Dat Traumhus" is located in a green holiday home settlement surrounded by Pomeranian forest landscape on the edge of the village of Bodstedt and the nature reserve "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft". It therefore guarantees a relaxing and peaceful holiday. A mild coastal climate, kilometres of fine sandy beaches and rustic forests create an idyllic location. Time out in the countryside - an ideal holiday resort at any time of the year away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts - spend your holiday in our lovingly designed "Dat Traumhus". The property covers 500 m² and the living space in the house is approx. 80 m². The log cabin was completed in August 2007. On the ground floor there is an open, fully equipped kitchen (if something is missing, we will take care of it), the living room with a couch and a nice, cosy fireplace, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as a bedroom for 2 persons and a bedroom for 1 person. The ground floor is tiled and has underfloor heating. The sunny terrace is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy great barbecue evenings. There are garden chairs with adjustable backrests and cushions for sunbathing and a column air grill. The garden invites you to play, relax, linger and unwind. There are 3 mattresses for 3 people on the sleeping loft, which the little ones especially love. Of course, a high chair and travel cot are available for the little ones.

Friendly hosts are a matter of course for us: The contact person on site, Wolli (operator of the Café & Bar Wolli) is at your disposal for all questions and problems.the settlement: The holiday home settlement consists of 28 holiday homes and the Café & Bar Wolli. Due to the private road, only a few foreign cars stray into the estate, so it is possible to let your children roam the area largely unsupervised. New friendships are often formed while romping through the woods and meadows. The plots are all so large that you can retreat and unwind. The diverse architectural styles of the houses are interesting to look at and create a well-balanced neighbourhood. The "Östlicher-Backstein-Rundweg" cycle path, located directly in front of the estate, takes you around the entire Bodden, approximately 80 kilometres. This can easily be done in one day. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Zingst is approx. 30 minutes by bike. The cycle path is also suitable for inline skates, roller skates and skateboards. Jogging and Nordic walking are also recommended.Wolli is a lovely little café at the entrance to the estate. It has four outdoor tables and six more in the dining room. The main business time is coffee time, in the evening it usually closes after sunset. The menu includes coffee, freshly baked cakes and various ice cream sundaes and popsicles. The homemade potato soup with prawns is highly recommended. In the evening, you can relax with a freshly tapped beer or various cocktails. Or you can round off an exhausting day with a large selection of whiskies.Bodstedt: The small harbour with its typical wooden fishing boats, the Zeesenboote, is particularly beautiful to look at. The oldest Zeesen boat regatta takes place every year on the first weekend in September, and there is a landing stage for boat trips around the Bodden and for boat transfers to the Darß. The local beach is only three minutes away by bike. The shallow water zones are ideal for beginners and water rats. Adults can relax on the large lawn next to it. The village has three small restaurants serving fresh fish and fried potatoes. The fisherman supplies holidaymakers and locals with fresh and smoked fish every day. Whether by bike, on foot or on horseback - experience the landscape and the charm of the village up close and personal.SurroundingsYou will spend your holiday in a quiet location. The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst (10 km) and the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow (18 km), both characterised by maritime traditions, are not far away. Prerow Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Good shopping facilities, restaurants and evening events can be found in Barth (7 km). The Bodden and the Baltic Sea are an attractive area for water sports enthusiasts and there are countless activities on offer.
