"Very clean rooms and with good breakfast and very helpful staff."

"Personal at the hotel does not talk English so it's difficult to communicate. The air conditioner of the room didnt cool the room enough, it didnt go below the 21°C so on hot days it's not conveniente. Other than that room is clean and nicely located, my stay was pretty good. "

"Great location. Next to a shopping mall with lots of dining options."

"I went for the F1 Event. Hotel is 3 stations (stops) always for Shanghai Circuit and approx a 10 min walk from Anting Station. There is heaps of food options and shops nearby (at Anting Stn). spacious hotel rooms and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful "

"It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel and the staff service were great. "

"Nice hotel with walking distance to old town"

"Hotel was OK"

"yes."

"The entire staff was attentive, welcoming and approachable. Translation apps were helpful....everyone always took the time and made an effort to figure out what we were asking. "

"Very quite and nice! "

"This Holiday Inn actually adjoins the Hualuxe Hotel (both properties are owned by the IHG group). When you arrive, you check in at the Hualuxe reception area. A buffet breakfast is served on Level 1 of the Hualuxe property; guests also have access to the swimming pool on Level 3 of the Hualuxe Hotel. The properties are located in a fairly quiet, leafy area, and it's only a 12-minute walk to the Guangming Road metro station, from where you can get to the centre of Shanghai in just over an hour....

"All is good. Location is perfect right on top of a metro station."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There were all the amenities I needed and small luxuries such as automated curtains, heated toilet seat, mini bar fridge etc. The location was also great for what I needed and had a shopping mall at walking distance. Would highly recommend."

"Best part of historic town, very idyllic, beautiful authentic wooden apartment, nice view to the river, extremely friendly host, highly recommended."

"Property does not exist at the location stated in the google map and nearby landmarks are fake. This is 45 min away from people’s square in shanghai via car! We requested cancellation and will be waiting for refund. Absolute scam!"
