"The housekeeping people were friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was clean. When the housekeepers, I think her name was Christy, knocked on the door and asked me if I needed anything. I told her that I was going to be leaving in about half an hour if she wanted to take care of the room, even though there was nothing much to do in there. She asked me if there was anything specific I wanted done. She was very sweet to my little grandson. We talked for a minute in the doorway and he ran out the door to hug her, so she gave him a hug. "This home has a lovely view and wonderful bathroom. The rest of the house needs some work. VRBO advertises that when you use them, you get the whole house, but this is not true here. This is in the bottom level of a home with the owner staying above. The home needs lots of work with broken doors, ripped shades upstairs and the door downstairs couldn’t be locked because if it was, you could barely use a key to open it. It took a long time, and we never locked it again. There is little insulation because we could hear every footstep, music, etc. He did turn off the music at night after we asked. "
