Everything was as expected for a Quality Inn stay. Quick and easy check in and check out, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Wish the off-season pool could have been cover as it was an eye sore. Great location and easy walk to the harbor and all the cute shops. We had a lovely stay.

When checking in the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was the pillows were small and not that comfy and the stairs were a bit steep for bringing baggage up.

The hotel was clean and quiet for the most part. It was near a CVS and Safeway so it was easy to go pick something up if we needed it. It was also about a mile walk from the Ferry so we were able to take a nice walk there to get over to Downtown Seattle. The hotel itself was pretty average but a nice safe place to sleep when we weren't out exploring the area.

Very well situated property, 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as the Bainbridge museum of Art. Staff was universally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is a little sparse, but good enough to get ready for the day. The property could use some exterior maintenance, but the room was clean and in good shape. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The heater in our room (205) was so noisy I had to turn it off for the night, and hope we didn't freeze. We didn't, so it was just fine. But for colder weather, this won't work. Other than that, the room was delightful, and the pillows and sheets oh so comfortable.

The room was decent although the shower curtain was not long enough and the floor was flooded when we showered. The staff at the desk was very impersonable.The maid staff were very accommodating The included breakfast was very limited but adequate. Overall, you get what you pay for and the price was reasonable.

The breakfast and staff were great. The room was very musty and damp. The musty smell was overpowering and would not dissipate. There was a wet spot in the bathroom that did not dry.
