Vintage Poulsbo Apartment with Bay views

"Location is everything. This is near perfect.A view from the balcony. The window wall that opens to the balcony is incredible, and you can enjoy beauty of Liberty Bay. It's a large, quiet* space. Walk into Poulsbo within 15 minutes. It's a beautiful town & the building is nicely located for exploring the area.* The unit does NOT have AC which means you will have windows open and the traffic noise off Front Street and Finn Hill is consistent. There's also an auto dealership across the street. It's mostly background noise, but sensitive ears may take note.Only a couple of minor issues prevent this from being a 5 star property. Most importantly, there was no rental guide/visitors' tip sheet in the unit. That's a huge missed opportunity for visitors to know key information (phone #s in case of emergency, local facilities, etc.) or even recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. The property managers were quick to respond via the app, however a simple "cheat sheet" would have solved the issue. And no one wants to search their phone/email in case of an emergency.Secondly, the furniture has seen better days. The showcase of the property is the balcony. One can sit there all day and enjoy the scenery, except the cushions on the patio furniture are paper thin. Big miss. Mattresses and seating are subjective, but after a day of walking/hiking the area, comfortable seating is greatly desired.Really enjoyed our stay. Just needs a little polishing."
