On our first day, the Front Desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly, making us feel genuinely welcomed . Her hospitality set the tone for a great experience. We also appreciated the delicious food served at the hotel restaurant. If there is one suggestion for improvement, it would be to offer a wider variety of movie options on the TV program. Nevertheless, our experience was excellent, and we would gladly return in the future. "

"Our family enjoyed our stay at Towneplace Suites Front Royal. We always choose Towneplace suites when we travel because of the breakfast and spacious rooms. This hotel, however, was unique because of the warm and friendly staff. We checked in late and were greeted warmly. Throughout our stay, Britany was a lovely person to see each morning, and every day the front desk was helpful and friendly. We loved our stay, our room was clean and quiet, and it was a great location to Shenandoah (the main reason for our visit) as well as nearby restaurants and other things to do. Definitely recommend this hotel."
