"Absolutely amazing Hotel the room was cleaned up to 3 times a day. The staff were just wonderful and attentive and Reddi took care of us. I thought the views from the bars and the hotels were amazing. The food was well-closed and so was the breakfast."

"We arrived early for check in and, as one of the rooms was available, they let us check in early and put all our stuff in there. They also let us eat a late breakfast as we were leaving very early the next morning and wouldn’t get the included breakfast. That was the good stuff… This place feels old and dirty. There was a head board in my room that was just an all-around bad choice: light-colored and material that couldn’t be wiped down. It was also very noisy— like my windows were open. I was next to the front desk so I could hear everything going on out there. I went out to get some help with the random light switches into a cloud of cigarette smoke that also leaked into my room. The staff was nice enough but otherwise an unpleasant stay."

"The first room we were offered was absolutely diabolical, it didn't even have a window and smelled of paint! Fair play to the hotel they did change us to a room that was marginally better for no additional cost but if we were staying there for any longer than one night I would've moved to a different hotel. English health and safety would 100% have the hotel condemned, there is zero fire escapes and god forbid there is a fire in the building, I doubt there would be any survivors!"

"We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back."

"Great location. Convenient for many of the Mumbai tourist spots. Staff were courteous and helpful. Hotel is clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is slightly dated. The roof top bar choices were limited but the view makes up for that. Good choices for breakfast and served between 7.30 and 10.30 which is useful. "

These days, too many hotels of this calibre tend to cater primarily to a business clientele and disappoint in terms of quality of breakfast, gym facilities, and overall hospitality. It was reassuring to see Oberoi being an excepetion to this trend. "
