"Pictures are deceiving. Looks great online, but not the best in person, specifically the rooms. They don’t provide towels daily, as you have to ask for them, if you want fresh ones. The food options are not the best. Website shows more options and the opening hours is not the best. Overall the food is just okay. They also have a lack of enough patio/beach chair and covering of shade. They are lacking in providing update maintenance on items:cabanas, beach chairs, lighting, overhead cover on a lunch building, and wood flooring by pools. "

"This is a wonderful place to stay with easy access to the airport. The staff are friendly and efficient, the room was clean and felt very safe. Two clean pools and the grounds are well kept and clean. Great little restaurant with a variety of affordable options, including vegetarian and traditional Jamaican dishes. "

"I can't say enough about this resort. Hands down one of the best in negril. The staff is so wonderful! Since we've been here 3 times, we've now become family. Cleand beaches, breathe taking views and hreat food. A great place to relax and enjoy everything the sea has to offer. "

"Wonderful all inclusive boutique hotel. Ocean view junior suite in the way to go - large double shower, soaking tub, balcony with great view. Property was immaculate with everything we needed on site for our stay. The spa was great- did a couples massage and staff was very attentive and professional. Food was great from the buffet to sit down restaurants. Will definitely return. "

"I can't wait to come back! My family and I had so much fun. All the staff seemed to be working hard, and I didn't find them to be overly motivated to try to get a tip. For the most part they seemed to genuinely be trying to ensure you had a great experience. My only feedback is that I wish there were more garbage cans available throughout the property, but I understand that the lack of might be to avoid rats, cats, etc. That being said, there was always a staff member around that seemed to be cleaning and tidying. I hope the Princess resorts at other destinations have the same quality/standard because I plan on staying at one for my next trip."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants were good but the only issue we had was with reservations. We had to wait until midnight in order to get a reservation. We all had a great time. "

"I stay here all the time and always have a good experience. The staff is great, especially the manager, Monique. I even eat here sometimes when I’m staying elsewhere—the food is reasonably priced and decent. Breakfast included is a plus."
