"The receptionist that was there on Thursday night 08/15 was really rude when we asked her if it was ok if we got in the pool. I understand they’re pool hours are from 10-10 but we were at a business training for 1 day only from 8-7:30pm didn’t get to the hotel till about 9:20 and by the time we went down to the pool she said “you have about less than 20 min to get in that pool because I close it down at 10” which I understand I just felt like couldn’t yall give us at least 20-30 more min to enjoy our stay to relax? That’s all I have a complaint on we didn’t get to enjoy The amenities "

"We needed a room close to Medical City Frisco. This very new and clean hotel is an easy 5-10 minute drive. And there are multiple restaurants within easy driving distance. I would stay there again. "

"The property looked exactly like the photos. Very clean, beds were comfortable and close by things you could do. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the pool and it had floats that you could use. Game room would be nice if you had children. There was also board game and puzzles there. It was just my husband and myself so really didn't take advantage of the game room.Casey was an excellent host. When I messaged her she was very quick to get back with me.We hope to be back in the near future!!"
