Great place for our group of 4. Lots of equipment in the kitchen to come back from a day on the slopes and make a nice dinner. Frisco is a great town and there were two taverns super close (3 minute walk) and the main strip just a little further. The hot tub was much needed after snowboarding and both times, no one else was in the facility (although we stayed on Wednesday - Friday). Beds were comfortable and the couch was cozy. Just remember to pick up firewood when you stop at Safeway on your drive in! Thank you!
Location was great, super easy to jump on the 70.
Nice light in the upstairs living area.
Master bedroom bed was just right, not too firm!
Steps from a great paved pathway.
This condo was perfect for our family of 5 on our first ski trip to Copper Mountain. We loved the ample storage for the ski gear, along with the location so close to the shuttle stop. Beautiful view of Mount Royal behind the back deck. Frisco is a cute town and you can walk to restaurants and shops. The kitchen had plenty of tools and the wood-burning fireplace was great. We'd love to return!
Just a friend and I in town to race at the Leadville 100. We love staying in Frisco because of the great restaurants and bars as well as access to a Whole Foods. This condo is in a great location for all of the above. At the end of Main Street so you're close to everything but far enough away to get away from it when you're ready for that. If you stay here, make sure to check out Tavern West across the street. Fantastic food and atmosphere.
The condo was exactly as expected. Clean and well maintained. Great location and easy to get to all local ski resorts in less than 30 minutes. Far enough from town to be quiet, but also close enough to get to restaraunts and shopping. The hot tub room is a bit sketchy, but the property itself was perfect for the four of us.
We have stayed in Breckenridge many times, this was our first time staying in Frisco. The condo was clean had lots of room for everyone and has a great location close to restaurants and shops, and the ski hills. The unit was very quiet.
The property managers checked in with us by text frequently, and while we didn't need anything it was good to know that someone was there to help if needed.

Frisco condo
Condo was much smaller than I expected. Electric heat was difficult to keep at a desired temperature. Location was good.
We all loved the views from the rental. Easy access to trails and I-70
If the weather would’ve been nicer it’s prob a 20 min walk to the main part of downtown Frisco but the temps were rather chilly so needed to drive.
The host left cards and some traditional games to entertain us in the later evenings.
A wonderful spring break. Thank you
The location is great. The unit is functional. Some Windows open but don’t close, are broken. Kitchen drawers and cabinets are old. Trash can area is in poor condition. Grill doesn’t function well at all. Downstairs hallway area for skis is tight, too small. Kids sleeping area is set up strangely with bathroom at the exterior door. Kids wanted to sleep on the couch as they found their mattresses uncomfortable. We are active people and are out a lot hiking and skiing. Without that it would be too small to be insi

We stayed for 14 days and the condo has everything we need. Comfortable, spacious, and close to town and bike path is just outside the back door. We rode the triple bypass and the location was great that we drop off unwanted clothing and short break before continuing to Avon. On our last day, we hiked Mount Royal just steps from the condo. Thank you Summit Rental for great customer service. We will definitely stay here again next time.

We had a great week in Frisco at this lovely townhome. The location was just great with the shuttle to Copper Mountain across the street and a short walk down Frisco Main Street to restaurants and shops. The townhome can accommodate a lot of people if needed and has been updated nicely.
