Steps from the Rainbow Lake Trailhead and just a couple pedals to Summit County’s paved bike path, this location is a dream for hikers, bikers, and skiers alike. You're only minutes from downtown Frisco and within a 15–20 minute drive to Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, and A-Basin.



After a day of exploring, soak in the private hot tub under Colorado’s starry skies, play a round of ping pong in the game room, or gather around the expansive dining table with space for 18. Inside, multiple living rooms, lofts, and bedrooms across two wings provide room to spread out—without losing the warmth of being together.



The kitchen is built for big groups, with two ovens and plenty of prep space, and the living areas are stocked with board games, smart TVs, and plenty of comfortable seating. Bring the dogs too!
