Had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as advertised, and a fantastic location for skiing! Really appreciated the communication from the owner! Thank you for everything!
We had a wonderful time, beautiful location, house was in great condition, and the amenities were lovely. Host was easy to communicate with. Look forward to returning!
Overall impression - excellent property
This home was clean, comfortable, and close to our favorite ski resorts. We loved the views and the private hot tub. It was nice to park both of our cars in the garage and the fireplace was nice too.
This was a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted! Everything was clean and neat. Host was very good about responding to all questions! We would definitely consider renting this house again!
We enjoyed a wonderful visit to Frisco in the summertime instead of past trips in ski season. This house is perfectly located to enjoy hiking from nearby trailheads, fishing the Blue River in Silverton while my wife scoured the outlet stores, walking to eat breakfast at Bread and Salt and dinner at Bagali’s on the main drag of Frisco.
The house itself is very comfortable with a wood burning fireplace. Bedrooms are downstairs and living space is upstairs. The wood splitter is a new design that I enjoyed using after years of just using an axe back home. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances all up to date. It would have been nice to have an empty cupboard to store dry goods to keep counters clear for good preparation.
Comfortable with plenty of room for six members of our family and well stocked kitchen and baths. Convient location to ski slopes, restaurants and shopping.
Really enjoyed out stay. We had one little glitch when we first arrived but Andy was great about making things right. Really enjoyed our stay and may go again
Such a beautiful location and house! It was very well stocked and the floor plan was just right for us. We would love to return to this place for our next stay! Hot tub was enjoyed by everyone!
Loved the location of the house - super close to hiking and grocery stores. The layout of the house was nice with the deck/living/kitchen area on the upper level. Sitting on the deck feels like you’re in a treehouse. Highly recommend!
Andy was very communicative about the house rules throughout the whole process. The house was clean and well stocked. We really appreciated that the driveway was shoveled as it was snowy during our stay! Great location very close to downtown Frisco.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Frisco, we love the town! We enjoyed grilling on the deck, playing games in the yard and enjoying the hot tub after a long hike. In the evenings we enjoyed watching movies - it was great to have comfy seating for everyone. The kitchen was great for morning breakfast, coffee and making snacks/lunches for our days out. Plenty of room for 6 adults to enjoy. Thanks for sharing - mtns are our happy place.
This is one of our most favorite places we’ve stayed! The location is perfect to access bike trails, hiking, downtown, grocery stores, etc…and yet it’s private w/a neighborhood feel. Parking is plentiful and having a garage fur bikes was great! The beds were really comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to cook, the deck is lovely, and so many windows with great light. The decor is beautiful & you can tell the owners have take excellent care. Communication was excellent too! We really hope to return again!!!
Frisco is a really special mountain town and this house is the perfect place to plant yourself in all seasons. The bedrooms are on the first floor which makes hauling luggage and gear easy, and the upper floor has the living areas and kitchen, almost feeling tree-house like with the bonus of a good mountain view. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean and walking distance to Main Street and bike paths. We would rent this home again in a heart beat!
Very nice house and good communication And response. HOWEVER, the house has the noisiest radiant water heating system I have ever seen. Couldn’t sleep at all except those of us who were deaf. Also hot tub was nasty, though they responded quickly to that and had it cleaned. Also found large wad of hair in one of the showers
The property on Willow Lane was in a great location and close to Breck, Dillon, and Silverthorne. We had no complaints staying here. The check-in process was easy, the house was clean and decorated very cute! We had no issues with faulty amenities in the home,: the hot tub, the tv’s, appliances, etc all worked great!
Overall, we would absolutely recommend this property to stay at for a getaway weekend!

Problems from the get go. Too expensive, too many problems
I rented the property for a nice vacation for me, my three teenage kids, and four other adult family members. We had issues from the first day. Trying to relax in the main upstairs room, we found the main tv’s remote missing. When I first reported this issue to Twilla, the property manager, she said she’d get back to me asap after talking to the cleaning crew. It took more than 24hrs to get a response. Her response was for me to go to the nearest Walmart and buy one and she’d reimburse me….no thanks, not on my short vacation!! I should have know this is how the service would be the entire time. This is the property managers job to solve! My kids eventually found the remote buried in the couch. Maybe the cleaning crew should locate these types of items when cleaning??!!
The bathrooms were all equipped with 1/2 rolls of toilet paper upon our arrival, and no additional paper in the house. For a house that’s listed for 10 people this is a big problem! We had to buy more on our second day. Zero extra towels were found where the guest book said I’d find them. Again, traveling with 8 people and the home only had 8 towels, this is a big problem.
Other problems we encountered were the bunk room is not a room, it’s at best a closet with a bunk bed jammed in. The room was not even equipped with a door! The hot tub deck had zero working outdoor lights. They were on the wall and looked nice, but didn’t work.
Lastly, the water in the upstairs shower was freezing cold. We tried every different way to get the water warm, but no luck. I had to hear an adult guest, that I’d invited, tell me how disappointing the house was for all the above reasons.
Returning home, Twilla, the property manager told me her and the owner wanted to make this right by me, because I had numerous issues with the stay. I called Twilla when I got home, and she said she gave my info to the home owner and he’d contact me. That was the end of December. I reached out one last time to Twilla via text to let her know that no one had contacted me as of yet.
I never heard anything from Twilla, or the owner. I believe the property manager just tried to wait me out and hoped I’d just drop my bad experience.
Extremely unprofessional on the property managers part, not doing her job, and definitely NOT making anything right. Also, disappointing that the home owner never reached out to me
I will not stay again, and I will not recommend it in the future. Too expensive to many problem!
We loved our time at this beautiful house. It was perfect for our yearly group ski trip. We normally stay in Keystone at a friends house but decided to switch it up this year and we were so happy with our choice. The location was perfect with quick access to I-70. We skied at Copper all week and loved being so close to the mountain but also so close to town for groceries, etc. The house was very clean and had a great setup for our group. We really liked having the kitchen/living area upstairs. We started a fire most nights so it would be warm and cozy upstairs for hanging out but cooler downstairs when we went to bed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for a week of cooking for a group. We will definitely keep this on our list for next years ski trip if we stay in the area again!
It was what we were hoping for, except it’s not truly a 4 bedroom, as the bunk bed room is a closet. We had hot water issues, and had to schedule baths and showers for our group throughout the day. There were no kitchen bags or dishwashing detergent, so we had to buy supplies at the grocery.
Overall, we adjusted and had a good time.
Beautiful home. Loved that it had toys for my son to play with. Beautiful view for our elopement on the back porch with a wonderful mountain view! Will definitely come back again!
