EVERY employee we encountered was welcoming and helpful to the nth degree! As soon as we stepped into our waterfront room,we both said "WOW" at that balcony view! It was wonderful! "Overall a lovely stay. The boathouse is perfectly located. Fun to have the waterfront beach area with kayaks and sups. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We had a bit of a rainy time this week, but the covered patio was perfect to enjoy the Sound views. Thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to BDA after honeymooning here thirty years ago. "

"Beautiful view, great location and clean. Bed was very low but comfortable enough. Only complaint would be that we did not have enough towels, washcloths, or toilet paper. We were given 4 towels and washcloths for 2 people for 7 days. We did call and they gave us another 4 towels but no new wash cloths. We also call for more toilet paper and received it 2 days later. Only improvement would be to give more towels and washcloths than 4 for 7 days and an extra roll of toliet paper. We did call for these additions and "
