"2 night stay with daughter and friends to watch football. Hotel is in great location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was lovely, clean and bed comfortable. If I had to make a recommendation it would be to add a couple of drawers. It was inconvenient to have to leave underwear etc in suitcase."

"We had a great Family room that has been refurbished, with a view of the pier/prom. Loads of space and really nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, with loads of choice at the buffet. If I had any criticism, it would only be that hotel bathroom designers hate people over 6ft"

"Hotel was spotlessly clean, and in a greatly great location. Parking was ok, they have a small carpark, which they made very clear before coming, but a lot of gusts arrive by other means. The food was really good, and staff very helpful. The reception was always very busy, they seem to put a lot on the team there. The steam room and sauna were not working and pool was tiny, incredibly busy, and a little dirty."
