"The hotel was nice, the sign is hard to see coming in so navigating there was a bit hectic but it was fine. Complimentary breakfast of waffles, pastries and cereal. We had a brief one night stay and were hardly in the room so it served our purpose. Would stay again."

"The room appeared clean, however, after getting out of shower and walking around for a minute in the room, my feet were black from the floors. Staff was rude and lacked sufficient training. Every day upon arrival back, my key card did not work and I had to get a new one. I had to continuously ask for toilet paper, towels, etc. although my room had been "cleaned" daily. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone and would never have my family with me to stay at this place. "

"Our room was dirty. The only clean part of the room was the bedding. Once we arrived, we immediately looked for a different place to stay only to discover everything was sold out. Bathtub had a residue we had to clean out before using, bugs and ick behind the nightstands. Microwave and tv had splashes of something on them. Very disappointed. "

"I chose the hotel based on continental breakfast and indoor pool. We were only staying one night. When we arrived, the pool was closed and was told it would not be open till Friday. We left to make other plans. When we returned, the pool was open, but we had made other plans. There was a door accessing the mechanical space that was unlocked to our room. There was also a noisy compressor running in that space. Bathroom door would not shut and light was dim. We were moved to a better room, but there was no hair dryer in the morning. Twice, got the smell of marijuana from the cleaning staff while entering elevators. For breakfast, it appeared to have been put up early, if it was even offered, resulting in us having to go spend more money for quick breakfast. Spending $240 for one night, was upsetting and I will not be back to that property again. Waste of money when I could have spent way less. Not a great experience and wish I would have complained for partial refund."

"Parking was easy in the location allows pets but they charge $25 per night cash for a small cat. And I don't believe they clean up the room very well after pets are there. My cat was hiding behind the head of the mattress so I slid the bed away from the wall and there was fecal matter from a previous pet in that area. So I'm actually a little concerned that my cat was back there with that. Cats and other animals can catch many things from fecal matter from other animals. One of the nastiest places I've ever been. "
