Location is surrounded by restaurants which was nice. Right off the major Hwy so it wasn’t much a detour. Rooms were in good clean condition no signs of bugs or lazy cleaning service. The only complaint I have is the pull out bed the mattress it wasn’t padded I’ll rate it 3 out of 10 because 1. It’s Better than sleeping on the floor. 2 it’s right by the AC and I’m hot bodied so “W” for me lol. Security of location is great multiple cameras positioned all around the parking lot and building. Breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed the waffles and yogurt.

The stay was hood. We were just passing through on our way to a friend's place. The hotel was clean and comfortabl. Brittany, at the front desk was professional, helpful anf friendly.

The hotel was OK I would probably give it a six out of 10 star the pillows weren’t very good the bed wasn’t very good it kind of smelt but it seemed really clean so plenty of parking easy access to highway

We had a king suite. The pullout bed had a very thin mattress. Called front desk for sheets and blanket and he had a bit of attitude and asked me to come get it myself. The AC was not keeping up. The ceiling fan did not work. We were so hot. The water was a light brown colour. Pool guy did a good job keeping the pool clean. The lady did a good job with breakfast.

Our stay here was really nice the only two things that need addressing is the water it was brown out the faucets seems to be a thing here in Monroe. And the mattress was a little hard but I still got a good night sleep. Other than that the staff was wonderful the breakfast was great and lots to choose from and the rooms were really clean with all the amenities

One night stay the bed was very uncomfortable. Location was good . Near restaurants. They have hot breakfast the lady was very friendly. They we’re painting the exterior to keep up with the property. Pool . We didn’t use . As overall good stay

The rooms were clean. I hated the toilet was literally 1' tall a child's toilet good for kids. The Jetted tub & shower was pretty. The beds are Terrible you can feel the springs on the bed. They really need to get new beds. The room smelled bad

We were in room 120 with 2 queen beds. The reason for the 3 star rating were both beds very hard and uncomfortable. Neither wife nor I slept well. We started in one bed. Wife moved to the other bed and made a pallet on the bed out of blankets we had with us to sleep on. AC was noisy but definitely cool! Bring earplugs. Water was hot in tub. Tub was deep and allowed soaking. Nice!

Upon arrival the room was not clean the bed had hair and the mattress pad had stains. The bath had hair in the tub and floor. The front desk agent was very helpful he gave me clean linen to change the bed. Connie the housekeeping supervisor said the sheets were old not dirty, I have pictures to prove it was dirty. Well I have stayed at this property for years it’s the only place we stay when visiting Monroe.

Very nice stay,will book there again

We checked in later in the evening (9ish),check in was simple and quick. We went straight to our rooms,started getting prepped for bed,and realized that there were no linens for the fold out bed. We searched the room and found no “extra” linens at all. I rented one of the rooms with the fold out sofa especially for my grandson. We just went ahead and shared the bed with him. It was near 11 pm by the time we were actually getting into bed. Other than that the stay was GREAT. I would like to mention(wish I would have gotten her name)the young lady working the breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL !!!! On the spot to help the guests with every need !!!! A man came in with 4 children,she jumped right in to assist the children and offer him aid !!! LOVED THAT !!!!
