Staff was friendly but the rooms and amenities were not the best. The AC stopped working our second night, the pool is not heated and there is a hug cockroach by the pool, tv kept going to Spanish then back to English. Every morning the breakfast was not stocked-ended up having to go somewhere else or wait 30 mins for more food options.

2- night stay weekend. After checking in there’s a flyer on mirror says housekeeping won’t clean your room unless you contact front desk, so I had 2 beds sleep in one each night no problem- enough towels for just me. Next morning I’m getting ready to leave and housekeeping is entering room and I’m like what’s going on and was told the were cleaning room without me requesting it. Next morning was check out 11:00 and I had left my computer and other items on room no issue because I didn’t request cleaning I went to eat breakfast @8:30 returned and bed sheets were stripped of beds so much for me getting a hour or so of rest!

Room was disgustingly dirty. What appeared to be bodily fluids (I’ll leave it to your imagination which fluids) all over couch. Blood stain on mattress cover on bed. Other unknown spots on the other bedding. I checked out of this one after about an hour. Just waiting on refund from Expedia now. Staff was friendly. It wasn’t their fault.

I Stay for like 5 nights the first night the Toilet is not going down the A/C is not cooling properly and i found a little roach on the wall they said they will change me the room by the time i get back they said there is not another room till next Day move to next room and the door is making a lot noise every time i open and closed. The hotel was nice and dog friendly. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Only complaint would be there were some stains in the shower. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean and welcoming. Also it was very quiet which is a plus and the blackout curtains were nice too.

Everything was great. However, breakfast pastries were tough and probably been there at least a week. Pastries were not fresh at all. It was recommended at the front desk to be sure to microwave the biscuits for at least 30 seconds, but even then, they were tough and rubbery. Sausage links were freezer burned. Breakfast was horrid, but everything else was a great experience. Staff and room were great. Breakfast was horrible.
