"Establish was very friendly a lot of things in the room like the Lenny head more lights, crooked bathroom light at the flip on and off to get it to come on just a few small things other than that the state was great, but definitely like the staff very friendly and very helpful"

"First time booking with Holiday Inn/IGH. It is also my last. Hotel staff is rude. First they charged my card $25 incidental fees before I even stepped foot on the property… hours before check-in. Then when I checked in they charged me $25 per day for incidentals so if you are staying multiple days be prepared to be charged separate $25 incidentals fee for each and every single day you stay. They don’t tell you about the daily incidentals fee they just charge it to your card - then they get mad and are rude when you ask why you’re being charged. They also retain the fees they didnt tell you they were charging you for 3-5 business days after you check out. Management does not respond to questions or complaints and will not speak with customers. Staff is rude and corporate customer service passes the buck back to the hotel but management doesn’t speak to customers.: Breakfast is mostly carbs and poorly prepared watery eggs and watery gravy. There were crumbs around the cabinet in our room, trash in the bed. The TVs take 2 remotes, one to turn it in and operate the sound, the 2nd one to change the channel. The hot tub was murky and poorly maintained. IGH and Holiday Inn do not care and do nothing to resolve any issues that arrive."

"Very nice house in a nice area close to everything. House was not clean at all. The smell of wet dog smacked you in the face as we entered the home. Freezer was full of someone’s food, the pantry had old food and other items with mold on the shelving. Floors were so dirty we never tok our shoes off. There was a dried contact lens on the side of the bathtub and what looked to be blood on the baseboard in the guest bedroom. I cleaned the shower before using it. Super disappointing for how nice this rental is. "

"Great area and nice building location. Check in was easy and room was comfortable. Shower/tub had great water pressure and was very clean. Breakfast was good and had some variety. Loved that it was so close to HEB and lots of restaurants. We would love to come back and stay again. "

"This was a great place to stay. Perfect for what we needed. My only complaint would be the beds. The main bedroom mattress has a dip in the middle & the 2 smaller bed mattresses are hard. "
