"We had an overall great stay with the outdoor amenities that were offered. Upon arrival the A/C wasn’t working and had to wait until the next morning. It was 85 upstairs but we managed. I would not dock a star for that reason as it’s maintenance and a random hot weekend durning the winter. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will book again if we have another soccer tourney in Fort Worth. "

"Nice location near walking path and playground. Game room was nice but since it was next to bedrooms made it a little difficult to use since we had a wide age range in our group. I had some difficulty communicating with the manager prior to the stay. I had to pay for a night I didn't use because I didn't get a reply from them for over 48 hours-I reached out prior to the date to cancel without penalty, didn't get a response until after that date, and then was told I couldn't change to the dates I requested. "The house was clean, but some rooms does not have tv’s and the rooms that did they did not work.There is not enough seating in the back yard. The amenities needs to be updated. The beds are comfortable."
