"Not the experience I am used to from Holiday Inn! The room had a window blocked totally by the entrance as if room has no window. Tried to change and couldn’t knowing I had the booking a week ago The pancake machine was broken for breakfast The carpet was not very clean and you can see some small pieces of trashed around the edges and corners"

Had to go to Walmart to buy Lysol air disinfectant to make the stay tolerable. Initially called front desk for a spray and they brought us two small men’s spray on deodorant that had a cheap perfume smell to it… cheap deodorant and stink do not mix well. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry to the staff that is very kind…"

"House is ok, affordable and good distance to Dallas and Fort Worth. House had a multitude of weird smells with none being great. Master had an overwhelming potpourri smell, main area of house and one bedroom smelled like animal in the carpet, and there was a hint of natural gas smell that got worse, but then slightly better during our stay once we checked out. No garbage bags to put trash in as the trash in the kitchen was already half full from previous guest, but we used target bags and that was good enough. I took the trash out to the road when we left for whenever their trash day was because it too was very full. Was it a bad house, no….did it have the most basic things I would expect a vrbo to have? Also no. Would I stay here again, no. "
